Aruna Babbar Shares Powerful Message on Mental Health at MSTV OTT Platform

Noida: In an inspiring initiative to promote awareness about mental well-being, noted social activist and mental health advocate Aruna Babbar participated in a special programme on the MSTV OTT Channel at Marwah Studios, Film City, Noida. Centered around the theme, “Your Mind Matters – A Conversation that Listens, A Mission that Heals, A Community that Cares,” the programme highlighted the growing importance of mental health awareness and emotional well-being in today’s fast-paced world.
