Copa Airlines offers a consumer-friendly 24-hour cancellation policy granting a full cash refund on all fares, provided the ticket was purchased at least seven days before departure. After 24 hours, the refundability is based on the fare type: Refundable tickets receive cash. Non-refundable tickets are converted to a non-transferable travel credit valid for future use for one year from the original issue date, though change fees and fare differences may apply upon rebooking. If Copa cancels the flight or delays it by over four hours, you are entitled to a full cash refund.
