We are currently seeking objective and analytical volunteers to join our Active Member Assessors Team.
🔹 Role Overview The Active Member Assessors ensure the health and productivity of our global team. Your mission is to monitor engagement levels and evaluate the weekly contributions of volunteers. Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Auditing: Review weekly activity logs and attendance across various departments.
Performance Evaluation: Assess the quality and consistency of member contributions against IHF’s "Culture of Leadership" standards.
Trend Analysis: Identify teams with declining participation and report potential burnout or lack of leadership support.
Recognition Flagging: Highlight outstanding "Elite" performers for monthly awards and certificates.
