I own 5 1-acre lots on the same road in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, USA,
just outside Albuquerque. I paid $10,000 for each lot some years ago.
You can buy 1, 2, 3, 4, or all the 5 1-acre lots at 50% of what I paid
for them. Total per each 1-acre is $5000. Pay $200 a month for 25 months
at zero percent interest. At the end of the 25th month, I will transfer
the ownership to you free and clear through a deed of trust (title deed).
We will have a written New Mexico Land Contract which I will prepare, sign
and email to you. You sign and mail it back with the first $200 check. Then
every month you mail a money order for the 2nd $200 and so on till the 25th
payment (or $5000) is paid off. The above deal is PER LOT. If you want to
buy 2 or more of the 1-acre lots, you double or triple the above numbers.
So if you buy 2 lots, the monthly payments will be $400/month and so on.
