Why are Admin emails coming in the BigPond inbox?

Are you encountering Administrator email problem and instead of normal email you getting admin email. The root cause of this problem is your email storage is full. Telstra only gives 10 (GB) gigabytes storage space for Telstra users. If your storage is full than you have to delete some non-important email or old emails. Let me guide you how delete or empty storage from Bigpond email box.
Steps to empty storage from Bigpond mail box.
1. Open the browser
2. Login Bigpond login website
3. Type Bigpond email address as username
4. Enter your Bigpond password
5. Go to settings in dashboard navigate in left side
6. Click mail settings check email space (if its full than delete emails)
7. Go back to inbox
8. Search for non-important emails and mark them
9. Delete selected emails
10. Go to the trash box folder
11. Empty Bigpond trash box
After deleting emails Bigpond storage space will increase and instead of admin emails your will start receiving normal emails. After deleting email still, you receiving then contact Bigpond Customer Care.
